Eligibility Requirements

SNAP recipients must upload either a Statement of Benefits letter or a screenshot of SNAP case details. Follow the steps below to retrieve your documents:

How to Obtain Your SNAP Benefits Documentation

1. Go to ACCESS HRA and log in/create an account. Note: Use the website, not the app, as the app will not correctly show your name.
2. On the home page, click on View Details on the SNAP case card.
3. Take a screenshot of the SNAP case card. Ensure your name is visible in this screenshot for account verification.
4. If you prefer to submit the Statement of Benefits, click Print Statement of Benefits. A PDF will open in a new window; save this PDF for submission.

We are unable to accept documents that do not include your name.

Additional Requirements

NYCHA, JCHA, and HHA residents must provide a Housing Authority account number. NYCHA residents living in housing converted to Section 8 must upload:

• Section 8 Voucher ID Number
• Proof of NYCHA residence
